Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and success of all children, parents and guardians agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding their child’s health, allergies, or special needs.
Follow drop-off and pick-up policies, including designated times.
Notify the academy promptly of absences or changes in contact details.
Treat staff, children, and other parents with respect.
Health and Safety
- Parents must provide updated immunization records and emergency contact information.
- Children showing signs of illness may not attend until cleared by a healthcare provider.
- In case of an emergency, we will take reasonable measures to ensure the child’s safety and notify parents or guardians as soon as possible.
Termination of Services
Unique Care Academy reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to:
Non-payment of fees.
Repeated failure to follow policies and procedures.
Behavior that disrupts the learning environment or endangers others.
Parents may terminate services by providing written notice as outlined in the enrollment agreement.
Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources provided by Unique Care Academy are the intellectual property of the academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Unique Care Academy is committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. However:

Parents/guardians agree to hold us harmless for incidents resulting from the actions of third parties or unforeseen events.
